NSW: Coronavirus (COVID-19) Mandatory Test Results

To strengthen the restrictions implemented by Harness Racing NSW and NSW Health, all persons entering the local government areas of Campbelltown, Bankstown, Fairfield, Blacktown, Cumberland, Liverpool, Parramatta and Georges River for the purposes of engaging in Harness Racing activities must, until further notice, provide Harness Racing NSW with:

 

  • A negative COVID-19 test within 7 days of this notice; and
  • A weekly negative COVID-19 test, within 7 days of the previous test
  • Any negative COVID-19 test as required by NSW Health Orders

Further, any Harness Racing participant entering NSW or returning to NSW following interstate travel to/from Queensland on or after Saturday 31 July, for any reason, are required to notify HRNSW Stewards PRIOR TO RETURNING and provide HRNSW with evidence of a negative COVID-19 test before:

• Entering any Race Track or Training Centre;

• Entering any private stable address.

Test results should be emailed to stewards@hrnsw.com.au

HRNSW management would also like to take this opportunity to remind all industry participants of the available industry support program.
